3 Week Diet Review/How To Lose Weight!

  1. Stay Committed To Your Weight Loss Routine:

You can be 100% committed to a weight loss routine, however, if you do not have a strategy to guide you, then you may just get frustrated along the way.

You need to draw out a plan, not just any plan, but an achievable one.

Let’s take an instance, say you want to lose about 40lbs and you have decided to commit no more than 3 months to this task, here’s what your strategy should look like

3 months focus period = 90 days of continuous routine = 13 weeks of full activity = 40 lbs

3 lbs of fat is about 3,500 calories multiplied by 3 = 10,500 calories

What the simple calculation above means is that for every week, you will need to make sure there’s a deficit of 10,500 calories, splitting this by the 7 days of a week means that for every day, you must create a deficit of 1,500 calories.
